You have ideas for your ministry but are not sure what your next steps are. Let’s talk about your ideas and clarify your focus or next action.
You have so much to do but not sure what to prioritise. Let’s consider everything that is on your plate and prioritise what’s urgent and important, or even look at what you can delegate or leave.
You have a project your working on but are unsure of how to proceed. Let’s dig into the project and consider the possibilities and work our your next steps to help move the project forward.
You like to process by talking to others. Use me as a listening board to talk about a challenge or issue that you’d like to work through or explore.
1 hr of coaching can help you with any of the above areas and more.
What will my 1 hour session look like?
In this one hour coaching session I will use the C.O.A.C.H. method to work with you on one issue or to focus on one outcome.
The session will begin with a general check in.
Then we’ll clarify your desired outcome for the session. What one particular area or issue would you like to focus on and what outcome you’d like to go away with. It might be clarity around a decision you are trying to make, focusing on a particular project/program and considering next steps and an action plan. I’ll send you a form to help you consider what you’d like your coaching session to focus on.
Once the outcome is agreed upon, we’ll dig into the issue or area and I’ll questions to help you explore all the possibilities. This is generally the longest part of the session.
After digging into the area being discussed we will then move into making your course of action. What are going to be your next steps after our time together.
At the end of the session we’ll review insights gained and finish with prayer.
Where is the Coaching Session held?
We can meet on Zoom or in-person (in the Brisbane area).
If you opt for sessions over Zoom you’ll receive a Zoom link when you book your session.
If you live in the Brisbane area and opt for in-person sessions, then you’ll need to select where you’d like to meet:
- my place (Stafford)
- your ministry place
- a cafe
