Team Coaching

Similar to 1:1 coaching, in team coaching I use active listening and clarifying questions to assist a team to gain clear agreement on the outcomes they are looking for. Coaching helps the team to determine and take action on their next steps.

You may wish to grow a thriving intergenerational church but you can’t do it on your own. Your whole ministry team, Church Council or intergenerational team consisting of different ages needs to work together to make this happen. Let me work with you and your team of paid and/or volunteers to help you grow thriving intergenerational ministry.

For Team Coaching I can come to your venue or meet with your team online (using Zoom). I’m based in Stafford, Brisbane, Qld Australia.

The standard cost for a coaching session with me is $100 per hour. If cost is an issue, please talk to me.
