Phase 1: 6 Weekly Sessions

1. Current Reality Check – Exploring your current ministry landscape
2. Where Are You Going? – Clarifying your vision which is unique to your context
3. Faith Formation at All Ages – Assessing and enhancing discipleship across the lifespan
4. Experiencing God – Deepening spiritual rhythms for yourself and others
5. Possibilities, Plans & Resources – Dreaming big and developing a resourced, realistic plan
6. Obstacle Mapping & Preparation – Identifying and preparing for obstacles and change

Phase 2: 3-Month Implementation

• Guided support through email check-ins or short calls
• Resources and encouragement as you implement your plan

Phase 3: 3 Fortnightly Follow-Up Sessions

1. Progress Check-in – Review progress and celebrate wins
2. Adapting & Adjusting – Adapt to overcome challenges and adjust plans as needed
3. Next Steps & Long-term Sustainability – Define sustainable next steps

• 9 coaching sessions (live online or in person if local)
• workbook and templates
• Optional email and phone check-ins during the implementation phase
• Practical tools and curated intergenerational resources

• Start: As this is an individual program, start at the time that best suits you
• Duration: Approx. 6 months (including all 3 phases)
• Format: Online via Zoom or In-person if local to Brisbane
• Investment: Introductory price $630 (payment plans available)

This is an intentional, personalised coaching journey—spaces are limited to ensure quality attention.

There is only space in my calendar for 5 separate clients at any one time. Once I have 5 clients in the first phase I will not be able to take on any more clients until they have completed the first 6 weekly sessions of phase 1.
